Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully pack the item in its original 4BLANC box, ensuring all filters, power cables, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
